My name is Tim, and I am the Owner and Host of Marina Bay Vacation Rentals here in beautiful Clearwater, Florida. 

With a background in hospitality, real estate, interior presentation, and property care, I personally oversee every detail to ensure each home is guest-ready, beautifully maintained, and performing at its highest potential. From preparing properties to be vacation-rental ready to delivering an exceptional guest experience, my focus is always on quality, consistency, and care.

Because Clearwater is home, I am available seven days a week and just minutes away should anything unexpected arise. Whether a guest needs assistance or a maintenance issue occurs, I respond promptly and personally. This hands-on approach creates a seamless, stress-free stay and true peace of mind for guests.
